IInstall

Run the installer PDF批注通_安装包.exe and follow the wizard.
If SmartScreen says the app was blocked, click More info, then Run anyway.

Open the app. Optional: sign in with the same account so keys and machine bindings sync to your account center, which makes switching machines painless (claiming the newcomer trial card does not require signing in inside the client).

IIActivate

Pick a plan to get your activation key (looks like ARP-XXXX-...).

Open the app: Settings → License & Activation → enter the key to activate.
Activation binds the key to this machine (one key, one computer; team / enterprise seat keys bind multiple machines and re-assign seats in Account Center → Enterprise Management). To switch machines, first deactivate the key on the old device; if that device is no longer available, contact support to release the binding (see Terms of Service, clause 3.2).

Without activation you are on the trial:analyze and preview, but export is locked.

Drop in the annotated PDF plus your target document (Word / IDML / INDD) — the engine finds, locates and rewrites every annotation.

Review in three buckets — auto / needs review / unrecognized — confirm each one, then export in a single click.
Only the annotation content, a small snippet of text immediately surrounding it, and check-sum hashes are uploaded and discarded after processing; the full document never leaves your machine, and every run is backed up and restorable in one click.
